PRIMAL™ DC-3826 Acrylic Emulsion

Designed for ‘direct to substrate’ applications, such as primers, sealers and exterior self-priming paints. As a product based on the AVANSE™ Technology platform, this 100% acrylic polymers offers paint formulators a wide array of performance property improvements. In particular, the AVANSE Technology Platform offers excellent adhesion, substrate protection and sealing properties to a wide range of substrates. Unlike most polymers, does not require the presence of zinc oxide to provide resistance to bleed through from tannin rich timbers, although it can be formulated with zinc oxide (ZnO) if desired. This polymer also offers the exterior durability required of premium exterior topcoat paints. In addition, the AVANSE Technology Platform offers significant improvements in titanium dioxide (TiO2) pigment utilization, thus impacting positively on the performance - cost equation. Free of APEO surfactants(1), low in odour and VOC content.
