Dow Water & Process Solutions, a global leader in sustainable water separation and purification technologies and a business unit of The Dow Chemical Company (NYSE: DOW), will participate in the international exhibition Ecwatech-2016, to present its broad portfolio of water treatment technologies and solutions. The event will take place on April 26-28, in Moscow, Russia, in the VDNH Exhibition Center, Pavilion 75.
Visitors of the Dow stand (B 13.1) will have the opportunity to learn about Dow Water & Process Solutions’ advanced array of water treatment technologies through an interactive plant tour under the theme “Where Solutions Flow”, experienced through virtual reality glasses and guided by Dow experts. Participants of the tour will see a 3D visualization of a cooling water plant, the various water treatment challenges typically faced and how Dow’s technologies help to solve them.
Dow experts will be available to discuss a wide range of topics, including current trends and development prospects for the domains of industrial water and wastewater treatment. From product point of view, one of the focuses will be set on TEQUATIC™ PLUS filters, a ground-breaking solution for treating high-solids water. The technology shows great results with minimal filter changes and maintenance, while helping companies to reduce costs of municipal wastewater surcharges.
“During the many years of our presence in the region, our technologies have helped to reduce chemical use, cost and energy requirements of treating water, translating into less strain on the planet while improving our customers’ and partners’ bottom lines,” said Dmitry Karpenko, regional commercial manager for Greater Russia and Central Europe. “Ecwatech is an ideal place for us to share our latest developments, strengthen our current relations and establish new contacts.”
As the largest specialized biannual trade show in the sphere of water treatment in Russia and the CIS countries, Ecwatech will again gather the leading regional and global market players, providing an excellent platform for Dow Water & Process Solutions to present its water treatment solutions for different markets and applications. Ecwatech-2014 had more than 12 000 visitors and 810 exhibitors, including 258 international exhibitors from 28 different countries.
