AMBERLITE™ IRN9687

AMBERLITE™ IRN9687 Ion Exchange Resin is a 1:1 equivalent mixture of nuclear-grade, macroporous, strong acid cation exchange resin (AMBERLITE™ IRN9687 Ion Exchange Resin) and gel, strong base (Type 1) anion exchange resin (AMBERLITE™ IRN78 Ion Exchange Resin). The cation exchange resin is loaded with Li-7 at 99.9% isotopic purity, while the anion exchange resin is supplied in the OH-form. AMBERLITE IRN9687 mixed bed resin is designed for primary water chemistry control and purification in pressurized water reactors conditioned with LiOH. AMBERLITE IRN9687 resin has a high selectivity for Cs-137.
