Changes in processing parameters and storage conditions can have a negative impact on the sensitive ingredients in many of the foods we eat and beverages we drink. They can cause a loss of viscosity and many other undesirable changes.

CLEAR+STABLE™ provides excellent stability in acidified products such as fruit drinks, blends of fruit juices and dairy or soy milks, syrups, wine, salsas, tomato-based soups and sauces for that perfect look and texture throughout their shelf-life. CLEAR+STABLE™ can be used in many different food applications including vegetarian and vegan products.
CLEAR+STABLE™ Stabilizer for Texture Enhancement Solutions
CLEAR+STABLE™ stabilizer offers great protein protection against the effects of heat treatment processes and low pH. The product can interact with proteins in order to protect them against acidification, flocculation, phase separation and sedimentation. In lower pH foods and beverages, CLEAR+STABLE™ offers improved viscosity stability.
CLEAR+STABLE™ also offer winemakers a solution for preventing the formation of crystals and sedimentation in white wine, sparkling wine and some rosé wines. Because of the low addition rate of CLEAR+STABLE™ that is required to provide stability, winemakers can avoid the high costs, energy consumption and lengthy processing time of cold stabilization without changing the taste or smell of the wine.
