Learn to breathe in a breathless world by practicing mindfulness. Practicing Mindfulness for Positive Life Change is a 6-week program where you will explore and discover the nature of the mind. You will experience and practice mindfulness exercises to defuse negative feelings and generate positive life change with improved physical and emotional energy. Several mindfulness-based practices will be explored: basic mindfulness, savoring, acceptance and flow.
