EAP and Worklife Services

Dow U.S. employees and household members can find help to make life easier. Make one call to 1-800-7DOWDOW and discover free resources and support with all of life's issues. Confidential services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides professional, confidential counseling on emotional, social and mental health issues for employees and dependents experiencing personal difficulties. Participation is voluntary and typically self-referred.

Worklife Services can save you time and energy by helping find resources for everyday needs. They can also provide up to three free consultations per year on legal and financial matters.

Overcoming™ Depression (Aetna members)

Overcoming™ Depression is the most clinically sophisticated self-help program available today, and can help those with even the mildest forms of depression. The program helps users to monitor symptoms, set goals, measure progress, and learn relapse prevention strategies. The program also provides confidential, 24/7 access to coping strategies and tools to deliver an individually personalized depression management plan.
