Rules: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To be eligible you must be a legal resident of The United States and at least 18 years of age. Systems described for entry must be operational hydraulic systems located in The United States, with a fluid capacity no greater than 5,000 gallons. All entries must be received by June 1, 2009 . An individual may only enter once. Dow reserves the right to refuse incomplete entries and disqualify any entry. By submitting an entry, entrant agrees to be bound by the rules of the contest and the decisions of the contest administrator, which will be final and binding. All entries become the property of Dow. There will be one (1) prize awarded. The prize is a free system fill of DOW™ SYMBIO Bio-hydraulic Fluid, of a quantity no greater than 5,000 U.S. gallons. Winner assumes all risks associated with the use of DOW™ SYMBIO Bio-hydraulic Fluid, and in the event of a system failure, Dow’s responsibility will be limited to the cost of the fluid.
