Charles Jackson joined Dow in 1975, as a chemist in Dow’s Louisiana Operations Research & Development. He has completed assignments at Brine Production, Cell Services and the Caustic I Plant. He advanced to production supervisor in 1982 at Brine Production and in 1991 was promoted to plant superintendent of Caustic I. In 1994, he became plant superintendent of the Glycol I Plant. He has served in multiple roles over the years as the global Environmental Healthy & Safety Operations leader for the PO/PG business and as a member of the Louisiana Operations Site Leadership Team. In 2000, he became global manufacturing leader for Biocides and DPO/HTF Deicers Businesses in Midland and was named to the OISM role in Texas City in 2002. He is a on the board of directors of the La Marque Education Foundation and a former board member of the Texas City/La Marque Chamber of Commerce. Jackson is married and the father of four children.
