Texas City Operations (TCO) Site Leader and Business Manufacturing Leader (BML) for Oxygenated Solvents (Solvents & Intermediates and Glycol Ethers)
Larry began his career with the Rohm and Haas Company in January 1985 as a Chemical Engineer in the Acetylene and Triton surfactant  areas at the Deer Park, Texas site. In 1987 he was named Chemical Engineering Group Leader. 

In 1990, Larry relocated to Chicago to assume a Technical Sales Representative role for the Polymers & Resins business.  A subsequent move to Philadelphia in 1993 allowed Larry to assume the role of North American Operations Manager for the Agricultural Chemicals business.

Larry returned to Texas in 1995 to become a Production Leader for the Cyanide plants and through a subsequent reorganization at the Deer Park site became the Production Leader for Methacrylate Monomers, which included the Cyanide, Methyl Methacrylate, Acid Recovery, and Waste Treatment plants.

After the Rohm and Haas Company acquired Morton International in 1999, Larry returned to the Chicago area to assume the role of Site Leader for the Ringwood site supporting the Adhesives and Sealants business.  Larry’s first global leadership role came in mid-2003 when he was named Global Manufacturing & Supply Chain Director for the Consumer & Industrial Specialties Business and following a corporate reorganization in late 2006, maintained the same role for the Process Chemicals & Biocides business.

Larry returned to Texas for the third time in mid-2007 to assume of the role of Site Leader and Global Manufacturing Manager for the Primary Materials business.  After the close of the Dow acquisition of Rohm and Haas in April 2009, Larry moved to Dow’s Texas City, Texas location to assume roles of Site Leader and Business Manufacturing Leader (BML) for Oxygenated Solvents (S&I and Glycol Ethers).
