Steve Milligan

Steve Milligan is Site Leader for St. Charles Operations in Louisiana and Global Business Manufacturing Leader for Dow’s Ethylene Oxide and Ethylene Glycol (EOEG) business in the Basic Chemicals Division.

Steve joined Dow at the Plaquemine Louisiana site in 1983. He worked in a variety of M&E roles including EH&S Delivery Leader and Production leader primarily within Hydrocarbons and EOEG. In 1997, Steve relocated to Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta Canada to be the Production Leader of the EOEG facility. In 2001 he became the Production Leader of LHC-8 in Oyster Creek. Steve relocated to St. Charles Operations in Hahnville, Louisiana in 2004 and was named the Production Leader of the SCO-1 and SCO-2 Olefins plants. In 2006, Steve was named EOEG Global Technology Director with responsibility for Dow’s 6 EOEG facilities and JV plants including EQUATE, MEGlobal, and OPTIMAL. In 2009, Milligan accepted his current role..

Milligan graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering. He has three children and lives in Gonzales, Louisiana.
