Effective April 1, 2006, or as contracts allow, Amerchol Corporation will increase all list and off-list prices for:

• UCON™ fluids by 5%
• POLYOX™ water-soluble resins by 3%
• METHOCEL™ cellulose ethers by 3%
• CELLOSIZE™ Polymers by 3%
• UCARE™ Polymers by 3%

This price increase is being implemented in order to support the continued investment in our products, processes, and product development. It is also necessary to partially offset the dramatic and sustained increases in cost of raw materials, energy and transportation.
