Effective February 1, 2006, Amerchol will make the following changes to distribution in Europe:

Distribution of all Amerchol products in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden will transition from Bionord to Univar Nordic.

As of January 1, 2006, changes were also been made to the distribution of METHOCEL™ products for the personal care industry. Distribution for these products has been transitioned from Univar France to Unipex in France, and from Univar Spain to Impex Quimica in Spain.
