UCAR Latex DL313 UCAR™ Latex DL313 modified styrene latex is one of a new generation of modified styrene butadiene latexes from Dow that provides high performance in a variety of multipurpose and specialty primer and sealer paints. It is uniquely suited for primer application that require moisture vapor barrier, alkali resistance, and adhesion to galvanized metals. When properly formulated, UCAR Latex DL313 also offers good tannin block properties on staining wood such as redwood, cedar and other wood-based products such as ceiling tiles.
