NeoCAR Latex 2535 NeoCAR™ Latex 2535 is a general-purpose exterior polymer based on branched monomer technology. In exterior flat housepaints, NeoCAR Latex 2535 has shown grain cracking resistance equal to or better than conventional all-acrylic latexes. Its performance is particularly good over dimensionally unstable woods such as Southern yellow pine and plywood. NeoCAR Latex 2535 also maintains excellent film integrity when applied to highly alkaline substrates.
