NeoCAR Latex 2300 As the first product to be introduced in the NeoCAR™ polymer family, NeoCAR Latex 2300 is most noted for its hydrolytic stability (especially on alkaline surfaces such as masonry), water resistance, and increased binding efficiency, as well as balanced performance properties comparable to all-acrylic systems.
NeoCAR Latex 2300 has excellent resistance to alkaline environments while maintaining film integrity. It also provides excellent durability over previously painted substrates. Superior film integrity is achieved when using NeoCAR Latex 2300 also provides superior film integrity and excellent mudcrack resistance in high PVC formulations such as block fillers.
