UCAR Latex 625 UCAR™ Latex 625 is a 100% acrylic latex that is recommended for use in exterior house paints. The latex shows excellent wet adhesion and blister resistance, chalk adhesion, and adhesion and crack resistance over bare wood. Over four years of exterior exposure show that UCAR Latex 625 has excellent exterior durability.
