UCAR Latex 412

UCAR™ Latex 412 is an acrylic emulsion polymer specifically developed for use in the polymer modification of portland cement and other hydraulic cement compositions. Cementitious products modified with UCAR Latex 412 show improved bond strength to a variety of substrates, including concrete and masonry, wood, and insulating foams. In addition, UCAR Latex 412 improves the flexural and tensile strengths of hydraulic cement concretes. This multicomponent acrylic polymer resists saponification and demonstrates good exterior durability with resistance to UV light and moisture.
