Color Choices
SYMMATRIX™ Scenic Series Decking is available in four colors to complement your surroundings beautifully. Color may vary slightly from board to board due to naturally occurring variations in wood fibers and polymers. Manufacturing runs can produce slightly different colors, so Dow recommends purchasing all decking material at the same time to minimize color variation among boards.
Like most natural wood and wood composite materials, SYMMATRIX Scenic Series Decking fades with exposure to ultraviolet light and the elements, and will weather to colors similar to those shown here.
It is available in four colors, and each board offers two textures for expanded design possibilities. Each board is reversible, with a wood grain texture on one side and a contemporary brushed surface on the other. So you can mix or match to create unique patterns.
Maintenance
A SYMMATRIX™ deck requires minimal maintenance. SYMMATRIX Decking is formulated with an effective biocide to help retard mold growth. However, dirt and debris on the deck may create conditions suitable for mold and mildew. For the best appearance, SYMMATRIX Decking should be cleaned regularly with hot, soapy water. Like natural wood, SYMMATRIX Decking is susceptible to grease stains and burns from barbecue grills and outdoor fireplaces. The use of a grease pan on grills and a non-combustible (brick or concrete) pad beneath fireplaces and grills is recommended.
