SARAN™ 540 Film

SARAN™ 540 Vapor Retarder Film is a durable, flexible polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC) jacketing material for mechanical insulation systems in low to high vapor drive applications. This high-performance, cost-effective vapor retarder system helps prevent water absorption and resists moisture vapor drive into the insulation.

Average thickness of 4.0 mils
Permeance rating of 0.02 perms exceeds standard industry requirements
Long-term durability and resistance to a wide array of chemicals
FDA- and USDA-compliant
Compatible with all current installation methods for vapor retarder films
