TRYMER™ 200L Polyisocyanurate Foam
TRYMER™ 200L polyisocyanurate foam is a closed-cell, high-performance core material. The 2.0 pcf (32 kg/m3) foam is easily fabricated into sheets and other shapes for panel, pultrusion and composite applications where a lightweight, low-density core material is needed. TRYMER 200L foam is less brittle than conventional polyisocyanurate foams, for improved handling.
Compared to conventional polyisocyanurate foams, TRYMER 200L foam has a low index (ratio of polyisocyanate to polyol). This feature contributes to a less dusty foam with improved shear, tensile and flexural strength. It also enables the foam to adhere easily to facers. TRYMER 200L foam is compatible with many thermoset resin adhesives, including vinyl esters and epoxies.
