Lithography

Lithography is the printing process in which the image to be printed is rendered on a flat surface, as on sheet zinc or aluminum, and treated to retain ink while the non-image areas are treated to repel ink. The image areas are produced in this process using light-sensitive polymers. Such polymers have been produced by using functionalized monomers of VBC. Lithographic printing plates using this technology are very durable.
