Surplus or used items are offered on an “as is” basis, with The Dow Chemical Company, and its subsidiaries and affiliates, making no claims or representation of warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.

We will assist you in obtaining any additional information about the equipment. Inspections are encouraged, and all sales are final. Please Contact Us if you have any questions.

The Dow Chemical Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates reserve the right to accept or reject any and all offers. Equipment is subject to reuse within the corporation up to acceptance of offer. The definition of “acceptance of offer” is the physical receipt of the signed sales agreement and the payment to the Investment Recovery Systems Administrator in Midland.

Unless otherwise specified, the shipping terms are F.O.B. plant location.
