The Ratio Monitor 2000MC gives users complete and accurate control over the dispensing of DELTA THERM_ GeoTechnical Foam. Here's how:

Accurate and reliable foam dispensing – The monitor tracks foam usage by displaying the precise amount of "A" and "B" components dispensed and confirming a proper mix ratio.

Quality control interface – The monitor's onboard computer is capable of storing data on 2,000 dispensing shots. Historical data can be downloaded to a computer for further quality control analysis.

Off-ratio warning – To prevent an uneven mix ratio, the monitor can be equipped an automatic shutoff switch or a warning alarm to alert users to a problem.

Chemical tank level tracking – Total foam usage can be displayed for "A" and "B" component tanks at any time. Users are alerted when either tank reaches a present low-level amount. This is ideal when using 60-gallon or 350-gallon tanks with a piping system, or when using multi-drop piping systems because the foam usage per gun drop can be monitored.
