Key features and benefits
Solventless and flushless – Unlike conventional dispensing equipment, the Eliminator does not require a static mixer to produce foam. It uses an impingement mixing technology in which the "A" and "B" polyurethane components are mixed and dispensed through the gun nozzle. A self-cleaning shut-off mechanism eliminates the need for hazardous solvents or inefficient hot-water flushing. As a result, there's less handling of hazardous materials, fewer disposal problems and reduced maintenance costs and downtime.
Easy maintenance and troubleshooting – With its simpler design, the Eliminator has fewer moving parts, less wear and downtime than conventional dispensing equipment. It uses fixed flow control valves to ensure proper ratio and check valves to avoid cross contamination. Built-in plug valves and inspection ports mean easy troubleshooting.
Choice of dispensing output – The Eliminator is available in 6-, 15-, 30-, 40- and 50-pounds per minute dispensing outputs.
Standard multi-shot timer – The Eliminator comes with Multi-Shot Timer 20E, which allows the user to program various sequences of timed foam shots.
