Number of Community Complaints

Four community complaints were reported in 2006 regarding noise and odor complaints: Emergency Director calls back, goes to the location and takes noise readings or verifies odors, then returns to site and notifies the plant of any problems to be corrected. The site also has commissioned a Six Sigma project to eliminate noise sources.
