Community Advisory Panel Overview

CAP

Since 1990, members of the Dow/Midland Community Advisory Panel (CAP) have met regularly to maintain open communication between the community and the company. To gain a variety of viewpoints and insight, the members represent a cross-section of residents, students, and individuals from area businesses and organizations.

The CAP meets regularly from September to May to openly discuss matters of interest between Dow and the community.

“You can’t have dialogue unless two parties are talking,” says Maureen Donker, the CAP facilitator. “Our CAP exists to foster dialogue between Dow and this community. We desire a true give-and-take, and I’m proud of what we’ve achieved over the years.”
