Zero NOV and Compliance Order was reported in 2005.

Fines and Penalties
There were zero fine and penalty to report in 2005.

Number of Community Complaints
Five community complaints were reported in 2005 (one TCO, two unfounded and two other). Regarding noise and odor complaints: Emergency Director calls back, goes to the location and takes noise readings or verifies odors, then returns to site and notifies the plant of any problems to be corrected.
