The NORDEL™ MG Hydrocarbon Rubber plant at Seadrift is the only facility in the world which produces synthetic rubber through a combination of UNIPOL™ gas phase polymerization and INSITE™ metallocene catalyst technologies. This product is a key component of the next-generation EPDM rubbers produced by Dow. The combination of technologies allows unique molecular architecture control and improved product performance, processability, and efficiencies that benefit compounders and processors alike.
