Community Advisory Panel (CAP) Overview
CAP Continues in Advisory Role
Since 1990, members of the Dow/Midland Community Advisory Panel (CAP) have met regularly to maintain open communication between the community and the company. To gain a variety of viewpoints and insight, the members represent a cross-section of residents, students, and individuals from area businesses, nature conservancy groups, law enforcement, education, ecumenical organizations, public service groups and health services.
The CAP meets regularly from September to May to openly discuss matters of interest between Dow and the community.
