Michigan Operations has made significant progress in becoming more globally competitive which has enabled us to keep current business on site and attract new business.

Dow Plastics Investments

Dow’s Plastics business is investing $132 million toward the renovation and construction of new facilities within Michigan Operations. The facilities will produce products for the automotive industry. This initiative, supported by local and state tax initiatives, will bring approximately 109 full-time jobs to Michigan Operations over the next four years. The first phase of the project is expected to be completed in late 2006.
