Overview

In 2003, we continued to report on our progress against a set of "To Do" List activities. We started this reporting mechanism in 1999, with eight specific tasks that guided our efforts for two years. Since then, we have completed many tasks and added new ones.

Last year, we made significant progress on a number of tasks, and completed four additional tasks in the areas of Community, Dialogue, Solutions Development, and Sustainable Development Workshops. We also added four new tasks to our list, reflecting a maturing Sustainable Development ethic within the Company and an assessment of areas for improvement.
