Most of Dow's production and a significant amount of our sales are in the 30 OECD countries that make up most of the developed world. As Dow continues to pursue value growth guided by the increasing expectations of a global world, changes in the balance of OECD to non-OECD production and sales become one way to measure our success. After all, the major potential growth opportunities in the future are likely to be in non-OECD countries. We realize that pursuing growth in these countries is not a trivial task. It will require very different business models than those we are utilizing today.
