Dow Announces Price Increase for Propylene Oxide and Propylene Glycols

Midland, MI - September 30, 2005

The Dow Chemical Company ("Dow") will increase its prices by $0.08 per pound in the Americas and the Caribbean for propylene oxide and propylene glycols, effective October 15, 2005.

The products to which this price increase applies are: propylene oxide (PO), propylene glycol industrial grade (PGI), propylene glycol USP/EP grade (PG USP/EP), dipropylene glycol grade (DPG), dipropylene glycol LO+ grade (DPG LO+), tripropylene glycol regular grade (TPG), and tripropylene glycol acrylate grade (TPG Ag).
