ASPUN™ Fiber Grade Resins offer differentiated performance with excellent processing in spunbond and staple fiber products which is used in non-woven materials for hygiene and medical applications. They provide cloth-like haptics for non-woven outer covers, medical drapes and gowns, and hygienic article top sheets as well as improved drapeability and higher elongation. The lower melting point of ASPUN Resins also make them well suited for thermal bonding applications such as melt blown interlayers or bi-component fibers.
ATTANE™ Ultra Low Density Polyethylene Resins help meet demanding performance requirements in very specific market segments, such as stretch wrap, food packaging, and hygiene and medical applications. For packaging applications, they offer excellent optics and high tear resistance, combined with low seal initiation temperatures, great low temperature flexibility and flex crack resistance, making them a good choice for containing liquids that move freely within a package. The low modulus of ATTANE ULDPE Resins enables these resins to be a good alternative for hygiene film customers meeting key properties such as low noise and softness.
DOW™ High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Resins provide toughness, rigidity and strength for many blow molding applications, film products, and extruded and injection molded items. For blow molding, they offer an excellent combination of stiffness and environmental stress crack resistance (ESCR), making them an attractive choice for many applications in personal care, household and industrial chemical containers, and bottle products in general. Their toughness and ESCR makes them suitable for pipe applications, while high-molecular-weight HDPE film resins provide toughness and downgauging capabilities for thin-gauge carrier bags, bin liners, and refuse sacks, to name but a few. They also provide excellent taste and odor characteristics, higher stiffness and high chemical resistance for food contact applications such as caps and closures, and the strength and processability required for many injection molded applications.

In addition, they have become a material of choice for hot and cold water pipes (PE-RT), membranes, and other durable goods.
ELITE™ Enhanced Polyethylene (EPE) Resins provide single material solutions with an optimzed balance of sealability and stiffness; high stretch and high puncture resistance; impact strength and processability; stiffness and impact strength; and many other distinct combinations. These single-resin benefits make them suitable for use in a wide variety of film, laminate, rotomolded and coated product applications.
INSPIRE™ Performance Polymers are a family of innovative propylene-based products that, compared to traditional resins, provide a combination of properties designed to fill distinct gaps in performance and processability. They provide high melt strength (HMS), stiffness, toughness, clarity, excellent processability and increased opportunities for downgauging, making them an excellent choice for applications such as blown films, thick sheet, injection moulding, thermoforming, pipes, and profiles.
Water Treatment
DOWEX™ ion exchange resins can be used for recovery, isolation, and concentration of a variety of pharmaceutical products from fermentation broths. A wide range of commercial products are produced today using fermentation, synthetic processing, or a combination there-of. These range from products such as animal grade amino acids, antibotics, food and chemical grade organic acids, vitamins, pharmaceuticals, and fine chemicals.
FILMTEC™ reverse osmosis full fit elements are designed to minimize stagnant areas and to meet stringent USP-purified water (PW) and water for injection (WFI) standards in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology applications. FILMTEC HSRO heat sanitizable reverse osmosis membrane elements deliver outstanding quality water with the added capability to withstand sanitization with hot water.
Wipes
DOW™ Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) Resins are a family of general purpose polyethylene resins that combine excellent clarity with the stiffness and density favored by converters for downgauging. Offering ease of processing beyond most LLDPE resins, improved product performance, and excellent drawability, these resins provide cost-competitive solutions to converters for a wide variety of film applications. Typical applications include complex food packaging structures, shopping bags, coated paper boards, liners, overwraps, consumer bags, heavy duty sacks, clarity shrink and collation films, lamination films, agricultural films, extrusion coatings, caps and closures, and a variety of durable products such as power cables and toys.
DOW™ Polypropylene Resins are an extensive line of homopolymers, impact copolymers, and random copolymers suitable for applications across a variety of market segments, including rigid and flexible packaging, durables and consumer goods, hygiene films, non-wovens and fibers, and transportation. They deliver a highly favorable balance of price and performance, while covering a wide range of processes, including injection and blow molding, sheet extrusion, and thermoforming. Key benefits include consistent processing characteristics, high heat resistance, good clarity and gloss, low water absorption, high stiffness and hardness, excellent mositure barrier and chemical resistance, enhanced mold filling and release ability, and excellent fatigue resistance.
