Description and Features

ADCOTE 89R3, a solvent based, one component adhesive for laminating film (particularly polyester) to glass, is a more rapidly adherent version of ADCOTE 89R1T.

Application

Reduce to application solids with MEK. Use toluene to slow evaporation rate. Pass through an oven sufficient to remove all solvents. Moderate air velocities, with air temperatures of 230-250°F, are recommended.

Use

The material finds particular use in solar control film applications.
