DOWANOL™ EPh Glycol Ether

DOWANOL™ EPh GLYCOL ETHER is an aromatic, slow-evaporating glycol ether. It can be used in dyeing synthetic fibers, both as a dye solubilizer and as a dye carrier. This product is also a very efficient coalescing agent, and it is effective in metalworking fluids, cosmetics, cleaning products and coatings.

  • Water-based coatings
  • Printing inks and textile dyes
  • Metalworking fluids
  • Oil-water emulsions
  • Slurrying compounds used to protect metal surfaces
