The Troubleshooting Guide for DOW Window Films is a resource designed to provide possible solutions on converting adhesion, throwing patches and static electricity.

The information in the Troubleshooting Guide is not all-inclusive – other variables may impact the ability of an operator to cut and apply patches to envelopes.

All materials – film, paper, ink, and gum – should sit in the plant for at least 24 hours before use to acclimate (due to changes in temperature and humidity encountered during shipping).
