Dow Representatives Slated to Participate in the 2003 EMA Spring Meeting

Midland, MI - March 20, 2003

Dow’s Participation – The e-Packaging Alliance Meeting – (Open to Foundation contributors only)- The EMA Foundation has extended an invitation to Adam Laubach, of The Dow Chemical Company, to speak on RFID technology. He will discuss the benefits of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) versus other identification technologies, as well as applications for RFID, will be discussed. Other Dow participants will include; Jim Ferraco, North America sales manager, John Berchin, senior account executive and Bill LaFollette, senior technical engineer, who will be available for questions throughout the entire meeting.

Saturday's General Session keynote speaker is Terry "Moose" Millard, a pilot with Southwest Airlines since 1988. Mr. Millard will rely on his personal experience and knowledge of Southwest Airlines and will offer EMA attendees valuable advice on enhancing business environments to provide successful customer service.
