Dow Announces Propylene Glycol and Propylene Oxide Price Increases in North America

Midland, MI - March 13, 2008

The Dow Chemical Company (“Dow”) announced today that, effective April 1, 2008, or as contracts allow, it will increase off-list prices in North America (United States & Canada) by US$0.06 per pound for the following products:

  • Propylene Glycol Industrial Grade (PGI)


  • Propylene Glycol USP/EP (PG USP/EP)


  • Dipropylene Glycol Regular Grade (DPG)


  • Dipropylene Glycol LO+ (DPG LO+)


  • Tripropylene Glycol Regular Grade (TPG)


  • Tripropylene Glycol Acrylate Grade (TPG Ac)

Dow also announced today that, effective April 1, 2008, or as contracts allow, it will increase off-list price in North America (United States & Canada) by US$0.10 per pound for Propylene Oxide (PO).
