Do I need special software to use this program?
Yes, this tool requires that you install the Shockwave plug-in. You may also be prompted to install the Print-o-matic plug-in so you can print the results of your search. Both of these plug-ins are free, and should install automatically when you access the Distributor Locator page. If not, you can click on the button below to begin the download process.

How do I get started?
Select a search path by clicking on the Country search button. From there, click on any listing to refine your list of applicable search results. These results will be listed in the Results Column. Clicking on a listing in the results column will open a Results Window with detailed contact information about the Distributor you have selected. To search again, close the Results Window and select a new listing in the Results Column or Select Search Again to choose another region or country.

Can I print my results?
Yes, with the help of the Print-o-matic plug-in. When you first visit the Distributor Locator page, you may be prompted to download Print-o-matic. Go ahead and click on INSTALL when you see the prompt. To print a summary of a particular search result list, click on the Print Results button at the bottom of the Finder. If you are viewing the Results Window detail for a particular product, clicking on the Print Results button will print the contents of that window.

How do I start a new search?
Once you have selected an item in the Results column, you can close the Results screen by clicking on the box with the "x" located in the upper right hand corner, and you can then select another item in the results column. Or you can start a completely new search by simply clicking on the "New Search" button at the bottom of the Finder.
