Acrylic (anionic) Rheology Modifiers
ACULYN™ 22 Rheology Modifier
Efficient thickener to build viscosity that is compatible with difficult to thicken surfactants systems such as sulfate free formulations. Particularly suitable for amide-containing systems at low pH.
ACULYN™ 28 Rheology Modifier
Our most efficient thickener for viscosity building, offers widest pH compatibility and excellent clarity. Recommended for hair styling products to provide a refreshing, watery feel, and for shampoos and cleansing products.
ACULYN™ 38 Rheology Modifier
Excellent suspending agent for thin formulations and thickener for formulations containing polar solvents and peroxide. Recommended for anti-dandruff and 2-in-1 shampoos, shower gels, and sun care formulations containing inorganic UV filters.
ACULYN™ 88 Rheology Modifier
Excellent suspending agent for thick pouring rinse-off products such as body washes. For hair styling products, it contributes additional humidity resistance and hold and provides excellent feel.
Cellulosic (non-ionic) Rheology Modifiers
CELLOSIZE™ Hydroxyethyl Cellulose
CELLOSIZE PCG-10 and QP series polymers are rapidly dispersible in cold water. These thickeners are compatible over a wide pH range delivering pseudo-plastic rheology to end-products. High viscosity grades such as CELLOSIZE PCG-10 are suitable for hair conditioners whereas mid-range viscosity CELLOSIZE QP series are recommended for shampoos.
METHOCEL™ Cellulose Ethers
METHOCEL products enhance the lather properties of a variety of cleansing products by delivering dense, creamy foams thanks to their surface activity combined with their interfacial gelation properties. Recommended for cleansing products where a luxurious foam is desired, and for mild products with low surfactant content.
Polyurethane (non-ionic) Rheology Modifiers
ACULYN™ 44 Rheology Modifier
Compatible with a wide range of pH and cationic ingredients to deliver a rich, creamy texture to formulations. Recommended to stabilize sunscreen emulsions, and add texture to specific styling products such as gums, masks or waxes.
ACULYN™ 46 Rheology Modifier
Compatible with a wide pH range and cationic ingredients. Recommended for conditioners and hair treatment products.
