1. Represent purchasing representitive in project team
2. Working with design engineer to complete supplier and contractor pre-qualification
3. Preparation and issue of enquiries
4. Preparation of commercial analyses
5. Contract negotiation and Management
6. Purchase order issue
7. Equipment expediting
8. Preparation of equipment delivery schedule
9. Management of customs clearance and payments
10. Support of site construction work
11. Liaison with clients, project team, suppliers and contractors
    

任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree in an engineering, science or related subject
2. Process engineering background preferred
3. Related engineering procurement work experience
4. Familiar with project procurement procedures, international terms and conditions logistics and customs clearance
