Dow Flooring Increases Prices for Emulsion Polymers Products in North America

Effective July 16, 2009, or as contracts permit, Dow Emulsion Polymers, a business unit of The Dow Chemical Company and its subsidiaries, is increasing the prices of all styrene butadiene (S/B) latex and acrylic latex products sold into the carpet industry by US$0.06/lb (dry) in the United States and Canada. This price increase is being driven by the continued increase in raw material costs and transportation. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
