Dow Announces Price Increases for Chlorinated Organics in North America

Midland, MI - May 27, 2009

Effective July 1, or as contracts allow, The Dow Chemical Company ("Dow") is announcing a $0.07 per pound increase in off-list prices for all grades of Methyl Chloride, Chloroform, Methylene Chloride, Perchloroethylene and Trichloroethylene, in North America (U.S., Canada). This increase applies to all solvent and intermediate applications for above products.
