In 2008, Edina Operations commissioned a community perception survey, contacting more than 3,000 local area residents, businesses and government officials allowing them to provide feedback and express their comments about our operations. The survey measured respondents' overall perceptions of Edina Operations and how they view our performance in the areas of community commitment, environmental action and communications.

The results of the 2008 survey will be used to develop and implement new action plans to build upon areas of strength and to address opportunities for improvement.
