Mike Rolfes is the site training and change leader for FilmTec Corporation, a division of Dow Water & Process Solutions, located in Edina, Minn. He is responsible for overseeing and directing training initiatives and change management at the Edina site.
A 24-year employee of The Dow Chemical Company, Rolfes has held a variety of responsibilities in Edina, including the role of membrane and fabrication production leader. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Mankato State University, and is currently chairman of the City of Cannon Falls Planning Commission.
