Jennifer Rehder is the project manager and global improvement leader for FilmTec Corporation, a division of Dow Water & Process Solutions, based in Edina, Minn. Her direct responsibilities include leading capital projects as well as the identification and implementation of improvements for current assets in both the membrane and fabrication production areas.
Rehder began her career at Dow as the project engineer for Edina's expansion. Once the expansion was complete, she became the membrane production leader, responsible for department Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S), production, and cost performance. Rehder then became the maintenance and site services leader, which included Maintenance, Site Logistics, Information Systems, and Site Engineering departments. Prior to Edina Operations, she worked for Marathon Ashland Petroleum.
Rehder earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Minnesota.
