Tim Cox is the production leader for Fabrication Operations for FilmTec Corporation, a division of Dow Water & Process Solutions, based in Edina, Minn. He is responsible for the manufacturing plants producing reverse osmosis elements, and ensuring the safe, efficient operation of those plants to produce high quality FILMTECTM reverse osmosis membranes.

Prior to joining Dow Water Solutions in 2005, Cox served as production leader for Dow Biocides and Specialty Chemicals plants in West Virginia. A 28-year employee, Tim has held leadership roles in Polymers Process R&D in West Virginia, Site Logistics, and Employee Health & Safety in Texas, as well as a year in California overseeing the plant design of an engineering firm. Cox began his career as an alternating term co-op in control systems at Dow/Union Carbide's Seadrift, Texas Operations.

Cox holds a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from The University of Texas.
