Dow in the Middle East has a fully dedicated business and geographic organization focused on enhancing and developing Dow's presence throughout the Middle East.
The core Dow Leadership Team of the Middle East is comprised of the following members:
Markus Wildi
- Vice President Corporate Development Kuwait, President Dow Middle East
- Responsible for driving Dow's growth strategy in the Middle East and establishing on-ground presence in Kuwait. Wildi also has oversight of the region's joint ventures.

- Commercial Director in the Performance Division, Dow Middle East & Africa
- Leading the commercial and sales activities of the Base & Performance Products in addition to the formulated systems business unit in the regions.

- Support building and enhancing Dow's presence in Kuwait

Sue Breach
- Associate Geographic Communications Director, Dow Middle East
- Provide overall Public Affairs counsel and leadership across the Middle East region and leading the Middle East Public Affairs Team. In addition, leader for EMEA Public Affairs Training and Development.

- Lead human resources activities across the Middle East and Africa region.

Dr. Ilham Kadri
- General Manager Dow Advanced Materials Division (AMD), Dow Middle East & Africa and Commercial Director, Dow Water & Process Solutions (DW&PS), Europe, Middle East and Africa
- Drives the development of the AMD division and implementing the business units strategic plans, and drives the DW&PS commercial activities and the regional business unit strategy.

- Lead the purchasing organization in the EMEA region and build strategic supplier relationships and purchasing capabilities for Dow in the region. Senior Purchasing advisor to the Mumbai Service Center and member of the global Purchasing Strategy Board. Additional purchasing responsibility for the Ras Tanura Integrated Project (RTIP).
