Dow in the Middle East has a fully dedicated business and geographic organization focused on enhancing and developing Dow's presence throughout the Middle East.
The core Dow Leadership Team of the Middle East is comprised of the following members:
Markus Wildi
- Vice President Corporate Development Kuwait, President Dow Middle East
- Responsible for driving Dow's growth strategy in the Middle East and establishing on-ground presence in Kuwait. Wildi also has oversight of the region's joint ventures.

- Commercial Director in the Performance Division, Dow Middle East & Africa
- Leading the commercial and sales activities of the Base & Performance Products in addition to the formulated systems business unit in the regions.

- Support building and enhancing Dow's presence in Kuwait

Hani Wassim
- Director Public & Government Affairs, Middle East and Africa
- Hani is responsible for protecting, building and driving Dow’s reputation and brand with key stakeholder groups across the two regions at national and local level; driving competitive advantage through policy and political advocacy as well as issue resolution; translating trends in the external policy environment to opportunities that facilitate business strategies; fostering relationships and building goodwill for Dow at community levels; and driving employee engagement and alignment.

- Drives the development of the AMD division and implementing the business units strategic plans, and drives the DW&PS commercial activities and the regional business unit strategy.
