Henry Chin
Regional Commercial Manager for Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand
Henry is responsible for leading all business activities in the region, including market plan implementation, sales deployment and technical sales/service support, strategic partnerships and alliances, as well as leadership for all employees in the customer application center in Singapore.
Henry joined Dow in 2009 as part of the Rohm and Haas acquisition. He joined Rohm and Haas in 2002 as an area sales manager in South East Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. In 2005, Henry was named business manager for process chemical & biocides in South East Asia. Prior to joining Rohm and Haas, Henry spent twelve years at Nalco Chemical Malaysia Sdn. Bhg. in a number of business management positions.
Henry holds a Bachelor of Science, degree in Chemistry and Biology from Campbell University in North Carolina. He holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Hull, United Kingdom. He also completed a Strategic Marketing Program at the Wharton School of Marketing at the University of Pennsylvania. Henry is a member of the Malaysia Institute of Management.

Tim Dewhurst
Key Account Manager
Tim Dewhurst is a key account manager for Dow Microbial Control (Australia and New Zealand). In this role, he offers solutions customized to customer needs through the company's vast supply of biocides to help them solve their microbial challenges. He also provides technical service and support to our customers in Australia and New Zealand. Tim specializes in chemical manufacturing and has over 20 years of experience in providing expertise on the supply of biocides for customers to address their microbial needs. He also possesses 10 years of experience in industrial water treatment.
Tim graduated from the University of Lancashire in Chemistry and also attained qualifications in Analytical Chemistry. He currently resides in Australia, Victoria.
Daniel Palm
Senior Customer Application Specialist
Daniel Palm is a Customer Application Technologist for Dow Microbial Control. In this role, he specializes in microbiology, and conducts environment monitoring in laboratory facilities and has attained experience in a wide variety of Microbiological disciplines.
Daniel graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Monash University. He currently resides in Victoria, Australia.
Gek Mui Ho
Senior Customer Application Specialist
Gek Mui is a senior customer application specialist for Dow Microbial Control. In this role, she supports and implements leading microbiology laboratory capabilities and develops solutions to customer needs, including optimizing treatment programs as well as developing and adapting biocide formulations to solve microbial problems. As an expert in microbiology, she has dedicated more than 20 years of service to Dow Microbial Control with a career focused on creating tailored and innovative solutions for Dow's customers in SEA & ANZ regions.
Gek Mui graduated from Singapore Polytechnic with a diploma in chemical process technology and an advanced diploma in analytical science and laboratory management. She also holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of Hull in the United Kingdom.
Yvonne Ho
Customer Application Technologist
Yvonne, who specializes in microbiology, previously worked on microbiological quality control in the food and pharmaceutical industry. As an expert now, she conducts analytical and microbiological testing in Dow Microbial Control laboratory.
Yvonne graduated with a diploma in chemical process technology from Singapore Polytechnic. She is currently located in Singapore Customer Application Centre.
