Vincent Zeng

Regional Commercial Manager

Vincent is responsible for leading all business activities in the region, including market planimplementation, sales deployment and technical sales/service support, strategic partnerships andalliances, as well as leadership for all employees in the customer application center in Shanghai.

Vincent joined Dow as part of the Union Carbide merger in 2001. He joined Union Carbide inGuangzhou in 1993 as a business development representative and became office supervisor and productspecialist in 1995. In 2001, Vincent was made senior account representative for Dow's performancechemicals business, and accepted his most recent role as regional commercial manager for ANGUSChemical Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Dow Chemical Company, and Dow Biocides in 2004.

Vincent holds a Bachelor of Science degree in applied chemistry from the South China Universityof Technology.

Vincent is located in Guangzhou, China.
